Questions From the Neighborhood.
Our drivers move through the neighborhood while it sleeps. Your weekly provisions are arranged in your porch cooler and waiting before 7:00 AM on your designated route day, no doorbell, no engine noise, no disruption.
A one-time $30 member fee covers the custom forging of your galvanized steel porch cooler, stamped with the Rosen Crest family crest. Following that, a $10 per month Founding Membership maintains your standing on the route.
None, whatsoever. Your $10 monthly membership covers the full cost of maintaining the neighborhood route. There are no hidden service charges, no platform fees, and tipping is neither expected nor accepted. Our drivers are compensated with the dignity the role deserves.
Yes. To preserve the quiet efficiency of the route and honor our relationships with our farm partners, we ask that each household's weekly provisions total a minimum of $25.
We operate on an 80/20 philosophy. Eighty percent is sourced from Wisconsin, including glass-bottled milk, naturally leavened sourdough, farm-fresh eggs. The remaining twenty percent reflects our role as master purveyor: curating exceptional goods from beyond our borders, such as direct-trade Kenyan single-origin coffee and aged Vermont cheddar, offered as part of our Curator's Reserve.
Of course. Members may skip any week directly from their household account with no penalty. Your porch cooler will remain in place, and your standing on the route is fully preserved. Should you ever wish to step off the route permanently, you may do so at any time after the first 90 days and the cooler, naturally, remains yours to keep.
